getting better...

well... at least i'm getting a little bit better at blogging. it's been just after a week!!

go me.. haha. yes this does make me proud.

look at this cheeser. oh sometimes i could just eat her up... she's so cute.

 i feel like every second of the day, robbie and i are rolling on the ground from laughing at her...

she is such a big trouble maker...

it is definitely that time!! haha

SHE IS THE TIME-OUT QUEEN

she knows the deal...

she knows her corner,

she knows that she stays there for a minute and a half

i explain to her why she was in there..then she gives big hugs and kisses and goes about her playing.

i feel like such a strict mom.

she loves me so much, but she knows when mom is being serious!!

in time-out. obviously, it was the end of the world.

i might be a strict mom... but lia and i do have a lot of fun and we play together all day!

i guess she got all her facials from me.. she did this in 30 seconds.

i just kept snapping pictures!

she came up to me with her strawberry shortcake dvd (a new love of hers)

she sat on my lap,

i said... we need to get dressed so we can go to the park!

oh my crazy child. i can't seem to get enough of her.

the way she understands things is unreal.  i can talk to her in the exact way i would talk to robbie and she understands exactly what i say. she understands everything about naptime, or "go get in your high chair, please. it's time for lunch." and she'll run to her chair and get in and stay there til she has her food. although, right now, she has had zero appitite. that's sad...

another funny thing, if we say "go pick a movie to watch" she'll run (yes, she runs to do everything) to the movie basket and bring us the movie she wants to watch.

it's just overwhelming how fast our kids grow up.

it is so much fun to teach them things and watch them learn be "big kids"

hailee's baby shower has come and gone! it went well.. i haven't ever thrown a shower for anyone so this was my first..

it was a hot but gorgeous day... then the wind came and it was insane. we had to use plastic table cloths (which i hate), just so we could tape them down!! the party later had to come inside.. the wind and heat was just too much!

our brunch had to include these parfaits.

amazing sandwhich crostinis... mmmm. cream puffs, croissants, muffins... dounut tower.
orange juice and milk.. citrus water. food was a definite success.

just ignore the bbq and hot tub..  it was a cute party! i'm happy with it!
