Easter.

Easter was wonderful, to say the very least.

the Easter bunny came..

bucket tubs are going to be the new basket!! haha

 she got a giant lamb,  2 balls (that she's obsessed with), 2 new movies and lots of candy.

of course.. she had to have the balls now.. she couldn't wait til morning to play with them :)

last year she was just 3 months old, so we didn't really do much for her, so we wanted to make it special.

Easter started off with Lia waking up and playing with all of her new things and eating candy.. haha it's a holiday.. we all eat candy the second we wake up.

don't say you don't ;)

Robbie got the entire day off!! sooo happy about that!!

we got showered and dressed then went right over to my mom and her girlfriend, marian's house for brunch.

my 2 little brothers were there, Dylan and Jon and my older brother, Cody and his wife, Sarah.

i made crepes, of course. it's my duty. i'm kind of a crepe master.. ask anyone ;) haha

then off to Robbie's mom's house we went

we were there for most of the afternoon!

we got there about noon and stayed til about a quarter after 5pm.

Robbie snuck out around 2pm to go play golf with his best friend Tyler and his Fiance, Candice.

as soon as we got to grandma's house, lia opened her Easter basket, even more candy, toys, a new pair of black squeaky shoes, pink sheer tights (they are amazing) and a zebra petty skirt.

we had her first Easter egg hunt. she loved. it.

we searched and searched for eggs, until some of them broke open and then it was

ALL about the chocolate. then all attention on the hunt was gone haha

we drew with some chalk eggs...

we played on the tramp with grandma and blew bubbles....

after that, Robbie went to golf and we played inside.

we left there with robbie's dad to go to grandpa Floyd's house!

we had another Easter egg hunt, outside this time.

she had a lot of fun collecting her eggs with the rest of the little ones.

about 6pm we left to go have dinner with my dad.

my brothers, sarah, robbie, lia, my dad and me :)

we went to red robin. good thing too. we didn't want a super nice place,

being that lia is a complete nightmare when it comes to restaurants.

she hates sitting still for longer than probably 20 minutes, after that she just wants to explore. so robbie and i switched off walking her around while the other one ate.

T.E.A.M.W.O.R.K.

she hasn't seen her grandpa since her first birthday so she was happy to see him,

so were we ;)

it was seriously such an great Easter.

i don't know how we will top it next year.

i bet every year will be even better.

Lia will be even more involved and she probably won't stop talking about it for days!!
