crazy times..

i know, i know. it's been almost a month since i blogged last.

a little ridiculous.. i know. sorry all!!

well, easter came and went and the following week, we went and saw our new apartment,

signed all of the paperwork necessary so we could move in friday.

it was a fun morning as a family.

while robbie was dealing with all of the paper work,

lia and i went to play at the complex park and for a little walk.

then we went and watched her run around inside the clubhouse for a minute while i signed what i needed to.

after that, we went to a cute cafe called, San Gelato Cafe in DayBreak on SoDa Row.

it's the cutest little neighborhood. it has a lake, a shopping/restaurant center, where there is a few different restaurants and bakeries, a spa, a little kid store and banks.

it's gradually getting bigger.

anyways. it's adorb.

we ate there for lunch, mmm.. i've been there 3 times since.

of course we had to stop by the bakery...

robbie knows my weaknesses.

here's the thing. i can't go into a bakery and expect to just choose one thing..

its like asking me to only take one breath in an hour's time.

a bit of an exaggeration.. but you get what i'm saying.

anyways.. i took a deep breath and decided on a giant napolian that robbie and i could share.

lia was sooo pooped!!

she fell asleep on the way to my work.. yep.. i had to go to work on a fun day with the fam! so sad.

lia loves to have things on her head.. its so cute. she loves her little hat..
By the way.. does she look so old in this picture or what?!

the move went pretty well.

we got it done in one afternoon, so that was nice.

robbie and his friend, dusty moved all of the big furniture pieces that morning

and i stayed back to finish putting things in boxes and cleaning.

the 2nd time, i helped load things onto the trailer and robbie unloaded that himself..

poor guy.

the last load, robbie and i loaded up the trailer and our cars and went to our new place.

what's amazing is, robbie and i got along the ENTIRE time.

moves can be so stressful on everyone and robbie and i were a total team..

i'm so proud.

we got the last of our boxes unpacked today. i got some curtains up and its decorated a little bit.. it's really feeling like home.

it was so clean when we moved in, i've been going crazy trying to keep it that way.

i feel like a crazy, cleaning mad woman now.

we got rid of a few pieces of our furniture.

new place, new furniture, right?

haha not quite. we didn't have a tv stand before and it was hanging on the wall and i HATED it. so ugly. all the wires and junk hanging down.

so we have a gorgeous entertainment center now, that i love so much.

an okay picture of it. lia is always watching her shows.. haha

we bought a brand new couch. its a brown leather sectional that robbie picked out himself. he is so proud of it!! we got a killer deal.

 we ordered it, gosh... last week i think? it won't be here until the 2nd week of may..

such a bummer. we're all sitting on the floor or ottoman and fighting over lia's comfy little chair. haha

i seriously love our place. i've already told you about it.. so i won't tell you again.. hahaha

I HAVE MY VERY OWN HERB GARDEN.

horray.

i'm so happy with it. it's super tiny, but that's ok. i don't care. i cook with them often and i just made it happen on saturday!!

yay me.
