weekly wrap up.

i know i know. i am LATE!!! i was so busy yesterday. anyways. so my week... i did pretty good. i did lose 1 pound. yep!! a whole pound!! :) hahaha it definately isn't much but for me, i don't lose weight, i don't gain weight. 135 since i was 16 minus the pregnancy of course!! haha to be honest, i could care less about what number my weight is. i know that naturally as i work out and eat right, i'm bound to lose more weight. that is not what's important to me. my body is obviously very comfortable with 135 and i don't care if i stay around there or add a few pounds of muscle. i do not have a goal weight. just a goal body that i am working to achieve.
so i ate pretty well. i must admit that i totally suck at taking picures of every meal. i'm a busy mom and i work a lot so haha i apologize :) i worked out really well, especially since i had the flu all week!!!

i eat this a lot!!! this is one of my fav fast breakfasts
and snacks. i toast bread, put peanut butter and thinly sliced apples
and top with honey. mmmm.... love love love.

Cilantro Lime Pork Chop

eggs. so i hate eggs. i shared these with lia,
but i really don't like eggs. i will eat them but pregnancy
ruined these for me! haha but whatevs :)
this week, my goal is to take more pictures!!!! you betcha!!
