the crack down

okay guys... i have just over 13 weeks to get in hawaii shape. now i've been pretty good at going to the gym... BUT i will admit it... i have made excuses and not make it a priority to go. well... this changes TODAY.
EVERY SINGLE WEDNESDAY i will be posting the previous weeks meals day by day.
i'm never good at dieting. i love food too much. yes. i love butter, breads, pastas, cheeses.. oh cheese!! :) and lets get real.. i love meat. red meat. i'm not saying i'm going to eat like a damn bird. no. not a chance. however i will eat healthy, no stupid liquid diets, i'm not going to inject myself with anything. i'm going biggest loser style. eat healthy and work out. the way god intended.
13 weeks is a long time, and i will have cheat meals... guilty.. but i will see changes and there will be changes.
the reason i am doing this on my blog.. is now all of you expect this weekly recap every wednesday and i am not one let anyone down.. haha yep. this is me pretending that you all care about what i eat every meal ;) its okay.. you can pretend with me! haha

NO EXCUSES!!! THIS IS SO IMPORTANT TO ME!
