i've been sick with the flu since early yesterday morning... man. it's a whole other world being really sick with a young child. i never expect to be taken care of when i'm sick because i know i'm not useless, i can do it myself. At least you know you can rest as much as you need. running around, chasing your baby makes things so much harder!! i almost feel like i'm being a mean mom ;( i've been getting frustrated with lia much easier since i've become sick and i don't play with her nearly as much as usual. if i gave lia the flu... oh... i would never forgive myself. i feel so sad about it, but i'm really just trying to make sure she stays healthy!!

on a happy note... HALLOWEEN is tomorrow!! lia has a couple appearances to make as the cutest bumble bee in the universe, and we have a little trick-or-treating to do and then i will hand out candy at our apartment!! i'm not sure if anyone will even come up to us, being that we are on the 3rd floor but just in case, i want to be prepared with some good candy!! tomorrow, i will even allow lia to try just a little bit of her candy!! haha she's a healthy eater, lets keep it that way :)
