I am so proud of myself! Already my day has been productive and it's only 9:30!! I woke up at 5:30 to check on Lia and tried to go back to sleep (that didn't happen). So around 6:30 I started making Lia's babyfood. That way we were all stocked up!! I made her some apple, peaches, carrots, peas, spinach, and I have some sweet potatoes in the oven now ;). I love it!! I know I probably say it a lot but, I love making her baby food. I feel like if I didn't make her food then she wouldn't be the great eater that she is today!! Don't get me wrong, I have plenty of jars from the store (keep the jars, if you make the babyfood, they become very very handy!!). Lia is such a slow eater. Now, I am a slow eater too. I think we both like to take it all in. I am so happy about that. I can tell because every bite she takes, she will move it around in her mouth slowly and then swallow it. However, she does expect you to have another bite ready when she is has finished her last bite (she is not patient when it comes to her food). She seems to be over her bottle. We have to basically force her to drink her bottle. Sometimes she'll eat her bottle without a problem, but that is definately getting more and more rare. Why must it be a battle? It's just 5 oz! She is so stubborn!! I can't say that's a surprise!!
LIA CRAWLED!! so cute. her little body just crawled to get her toys and then rolled around with them. I don't think she knew she did something totally new!! AND not only is she saying dada, she can also say "hi" or "bye". I can't quite tell which one it is. hahaha.
Lia's getting just way too big...
