Easter & then some

Easter was fabulous. 

Saturday, We put an offer on our very first house!! 

We are overjoyed... however, it's a short sale, so we are trying not to get too attached, although, I failed miserably at that. {haha}

I seriously don't know how I would move on from that house, but we are going to try to be smart and keep looking while we wait for the bank to give us an answer. I would post pictures but I don't want to jynx anything ;) 

Easter Morning

Lia woke up and picked up all the little eggs the Easter Bunny left for her. 

Dove right in to her little princess basket. We went over to my mother in laws house, 

The Easter Bunny had left an even bigger Easter egg hunt there... 

Lia is a little stud and found tons of eggs with money in them. 

The girl found $16 and some change.. rich kid! 

Lia's Papa brought her a big surprise....

Ohhh just a mini Range Rover. 

It's the coolest ever.... Lia is one spoiled kid, for sure. 

It has an iPod deck so she can listen to the latest tunes, a remote control until she is able to really drive it, sirens.... this thing has all the extras... the only thing it's missing is a gps for when she needs to find the playground [*wink*wink*}

It was a nice and relaxing Easter Sunday. With amazing weather, I have to add. 

This Week 

I started my grave shift on Monday, a "soft introduction" they called it, since I got three days off afterwards. 

It was miserable.

I woke up Monday at 8am and was so busy playing with Lia and doing things around the house, I didn't nap... terrible idea, really. 

I worked out at the gym at my work at 10:30pm-11:30pm (which is my lunch)

After I finished, I was so tired.. and it just got worse. by 2am I was so ready to go home!

I left work just after 5am in the rainy madness. 

Finally fell asleep at about 6:15am.. 

Just to wake up at 8:30am.. Robbie took Lia off to daycare so I could try and get more sleep and I crashed for like 45 minutes max... then just called it a day! 

I was exhausted, basically mad at the world for absolutely no reason. Judge if you wish. lol

I took myself to lunch at Applebee's before my check up with the doctor. 

Tuesday was just a miserable day for me. 

The highlight:

Playing Candyland with this nugget... She took over and made up her own game with it.. now she never wants to stop playing it. ;)

I have to say though.. as soon as I get used to these hours, I think I will really love it. I absolutely love getting to spend my days with Lia. Although, My weekends will be non-existent... I don't care, I just love to work at nights, its just easier. 

This was yesterday.. she was snuggling up on me because I had gotten a "booboo". 

I got a nice shiner to the face giving Lia a kiss attack and smacked it on our dining room chair... 

Thank god it's not that bad anymore.. People would probably think I'm a fighter! {haha}

Today I had a lunch date with my special princess at Great Harvest Bread Co. 

We love our little dates... 

It's especially nice with it being in the high 60's outside so we got to sit outside on the terrace! 

Robbie's Update

Robbie is rock'n it at Comcast... 

He is making sales after sales

and really loving his job... 

The only thing I don't love is his crazy shifts, late nights and bringing home is work.. 

but that is just because I'm not used to it.. 

But I am so proud of him!!
