robbie and i are so excited for this christmas!! he keeps telling me how he can't believe that he gets to be santa this year. we've been shopping frantically!! she already has SOO many toys and we know she is only getting more, so we bought her tons of clothes, shoes and a brand new, big girl carseat! she still isn't done yet, but super close!!
we still haven't taken lia to meet santa, but i'm almost positive that we are going tonight!!
i'm sure she will love him.. but i hope she doesn't pull on his beard or hair.. she is kind of a hair fanatic.
so i hope she is nice... :)
We went to robbie's HUGE family party last night (robbie's dad's side)
there is always at least 50 people there every single year... and the fam keeps growing!!
at first lia was super shy.. bless her little heart.
she was wanting me the entire time.. if i left the room, she would just start crying, so hard that she wouldn't breathe!
it always breaks my heart when she does that!! its so sad!!
she eventually came around and was loving on all of the kids, giving lots of hugs and kisses. she was even dancing to the christmas songs we sang, and occasionally trying to sing a long. it was just darling.
so i have a confession. it is sooooo unbelievably hard to have all of these stinkin cute clothes and shoes all wrapped up, and i have to wait to give them to her. i want her to open her presents so she can wear all of her clothes. i am so used to her getting to wear all of her clothes right after we buy them, but this whole waiting thing, is KILLING ME!!! i actually think i might be more excited for lia to open up the presents than she is!!
