lia is sick and teething. worst combination ever. on top of that, mean mommy is trying to wean the binky away. well. taking the binky away was my idea. robbie doesn't understand why we need to. but i really think it should be done..... we gave up. as soon as she got sick. the option of her allowing us to take away her binky is non existent. it's not a big deal right now, we can try again in a couple of weeks!!

lia is getting closer and closer to walking. she's able to stand by herself longer and longer every day. and she'll walk around anywhere that she has something to touch to keep her balance. the past couple of days, if you let her hold onto your fingers while she walks around, she barely needs you. sad wake up call. i hope she is walking by her birthday party or for christmas!!

can i just say, this little girl never stops making me laugh. she does the funniest things. some nights, robbie and i will just sit there and laugh our guts out. she loves when she gets to hang out with both mommy and daddy. that is when she is her happiest. whenever we laugh, lia of course, joins in to. her gut busting laugh is probably the cutest thing you will ever hear. it's so girly and high-pitched!! love it.

robbie and i went on a date last night, just the two of us. we left lia with her aunties. she was in a really great mood all night!! it was so nice to be able to steal robbie for myself for a little bit. we went for bbq at famous dave's. you better believe i was dancing. it was sooo good!! robbie makes fun of my happy food dances but he knows he loves them ;) i loved every second of our date. we honestly never do anything without lia and if we do it's with friends, so a date, just us. can't be beat. i love him so much. i could not have found a better guy to spend my life with.
