my little lia will be 9 MONTHS OLD on thursday.

this is getting out of control.

every month, every week, and i feel, pretty soon, every day will end faster than it started.

of course i savor every single second i spend with nugs

(short for nugget, her nickname)

she has her big doctor's appointment thursday, which i might be missing, if i don't get off work on time, so it will just be daddy with her...

i can't wait to see how big she's gotten in the 3 months since her last appointment.

here is my guess..

height- 31 and a half inches

weight- 21 pounds..

lets see how close i am after her appointment.

so, lia has been giving kisses, for forever but the last month maybe a little more, she's been giving kisses on command. 

oh how i love them.

they are all big open mouth kisses with her tongue out.

very slobbery kisses.

but since she really is not affectionate, i take all the kisses i can get.

if you get her favorite blankie (the blue one with red trim and lady bugs) she will race over to you with her tongue hanging out and she'll jump on you and cuddle into you, well, into the blanket, but i pretend she is cuddling with me.

she is becoming quite the climber.

we need to watch her every second. she is into everything.

everyday she gets more and more exhausting.

her bottle dilema is not getting any better.

she wants nothing to do with any of her formula unless she is starving!!

not even in her sippy cup. which she actually loves.

she is getting a tiny bit better when we are at restaurants. she isn't extrememly loud now. she just chills in her high chair and pounds on the table.

she only yells when she wants your food, or if you are taking too long to give her food.

i should have known that food was somehow involved in this drama.

right now, she is pretty attached to me. she seems to be favoring me for the moment.

which i must say, makes me feel awesome. dad.. not so much.

she will just arch her back and push you away or put her hand in your face, if she is not wanting you that moment.

man.... i can't wait for teenage years!! NOT.
