St. George Trip

As most of you know, we made a small trip to St. George for a night. Robbie had a game against the Dixie Rebels (not the school). It was a tough game. Wasatch Revolution lost their very first game. Our team just didn't play hard. Too bad. Good news though.... We still get to go to the playoffs :)
The trip down is about 4 hours from Salt Lake. The drive there, Lia slept 3 hours during that trip. She probably would have kept sleeping but I woke her up because she needed to eat! (Can I just tell you how handy it is to be able to just give Lia her bottle and she'll feed herself. She needs a little help when the bottle starts to run out. She hasn't quite figured out to lift her bottle high yet.) After her bottle she just played with her carrier toy. There is a sun in the middle that sings and when the music plays the little cheeks light up like it has rosy cheeks. So cute! She was so easy!!

When we got there, we got all ready and headed to the pool. We met up with Robbie's dad, Rob and his girlfriend, Sheri. This was Lia's first time getting to go into the pool. She didn't really care very much about it. Haha I think she just thought it was a big bath. A little girl let us play with thier little sitting toy thing. and she is way to small it sit in that, however, she loved standing in it :)

We didn't last too long in the pool though, miss sassypants was ready for her 2nd nap of the day! So I took her back to our room and put her down. Robbie came back and left for his game and once Lia woke up, we went to La Frontera with Rob and Sheri and went to Robbie's game! Lia's for sure bedtime is always 8:30 and she knows it, we always feed her, her last feeding and then she just goes to bed. Anyways, the game started at 7 and Lia ate then fell asleep on-time at the game. This particular team that we played, everytime they scored a touchdown, they blew the cannon. At first this didn't phase Lia whatsoever but an hour after she fell asleep, the cannon went off and woke her up! ugh. Now, everyone that knows me, I am the schedule nazi. So I had to feed her another bottle to get her tired enough to fall back asleep once we got back to the room!
The drive back was tiring!! haha Lia was awake pretty much the entire time. She was very good, however, once I would doze off or anything, oh boy did she wake me right up! It is so funny how much attention she wants! Overall, this trip was a lot of fun and just a perfect little getaway.
